Jessica brings a diverse and dynamic background to our team, with over two years of experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Prior to that, she worked with Google, supporting UX Studies as both a Project Manager and Recruitment Coordinator. Her early career was rooted in the BPO industry, where she worked her way up from a call center agent to a Workforce Supervisor over a four-year span—proving her dedication, adaptability, and leadership from day one.
With a foundation in Communication Arts and a strong focus on operational efficiency, Jessica is known for her proactive mindset, attention to detail, and genuine care for the people she works with. She values integrity, honesty, and a solutions-first approach—making her an indispensable part of both internal operations and client service.
When she’s not keeping everything running smoothly, Jessica enjoys traveling with her family, spending quality time with her children, and diving into her favorite series and true crime documentaries.
