Jeff has a proven track record in the mortgage industry, having worked his way up from an entry-level loan officer to a top 5% originator at one of the largest national lenders. His experience includes managing teams, leading sales initiatives as a VP, and successfully opening and developing new branches.

Armed with a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and a passion for helping others succeed, Jeff founded Federal First Lending. His goal is to create a thriving environment where individuals can reach their financial goals. Jeff’s dedication to developing others and his leadership skills have been instrumental in the company’s success.

A graduate of the University of Arizona, Jeff enjoys spending his free time golfing, watching movies, and exploring new restaurants. Originally from Pennsylvania, he has called Arizona home for the past 15 years.
